"Thank you to AEF for supporting the Coaching Certification Program including this incentive.

I was an initial participant in the coaching program, starting with the NCCP workshops, and was an Alberta Master Coach Developer until the program transitioned to the more accessible online education program. As a strong believer in 'life-long learning,' I believe participating in certification programs and continuous updating adds to a coach’s repertoire of equine and coaching knowledge.

I have always enjoyed sharing knowledge and experience with other coaches. I feel this is extremely valuable to helping riders improve their skills and enjoy their equestrian journey."
